Learn more about our organisation:

Our mission is to provide opportunities for anyone, of any ability, to express themselves creatively and to explore their voice, identity, and place in their community. By giving people access to both traditional and non-traditional art forms, we want to help people allow themselves to be creative. This could be through fine art, performing arts, sonic art, literary arts- anything that involves creativity and self-expression.

We have a special focus on young people ages 11-18, but we run workshops and events suitable for many different age groups, and we are constantly looking to expand what we offer!

Aloud Together CIC is run by a board of Voluntary Directors made up of individuals with experience and expertise in education, technology, and the arts. Among our board members, we have volunteers for local community groups and a former governor of a local primary school.

We are a Community Interest Company, a type of social enterprise, which means that we are run for the benefit of our community. Any profit we make is reinvested back into our organisation to fund the work that we do.

Safeguarding is deeply embedded into the fabric of our organisation. Led by our Designated Safeguarding Officer, our Board has appointed a Lead Director for Safeguarding to champion Safeguarding from the very top, as well as establishing a Safeguarding Committee made up of members with current safeguarding expertise, including a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead for a local school.
